Manchester Pride 2007 - Fri 24th to Mon 27th August 2007
The Village
Look out for our float on the Manchester Pride Parade on the Saturday afternoon from 2pm, with plenty of bikes and fit bodies pedalling for all they're worth. The Market Stall will be selling jam and biscuits and plenty of home-made treats so why not spoil yourself with something tasty, safe in the knowledge your purchase will be helping Mission Malawi. The Lifestyle Expo has all the information you will need for Mission Malawi 3, and whilst you're there, why not check out the DVD from Mission Malawi 2, or get a professional massage for a donation. Both stands will be open all weekend, so pop down any time to speak to one of our volunteers and check out Mission Malawi at Manchester Pride.
Bellboat Race at Pride Games - Sun 19th August 2007
Watersports Centre, Salford Quays
After narrowly missing out on first place in 2005, we are back with avengance as the team prepares to row the 10 man boat along the stretch of water at Salford Quays. The event runs from 2pm to 6pm. Bring your biggest voice to cheer us on and pray that we don't capsize!
